Shaman POS Systems: How-To Instructions

Step 1: **IMPORTANT** UNBOX EVERYTHING, TURN ON TABLET, BUT DO NOT PLUG THE RECEIPT PRINTER TO TABLET UNTIL PRINTER SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED

Power on the Windows 10 Tablet and follow all the prompts to setup the tablet. After initial Windows 10 tablet setup proceed to step 2. This process will take approximately 15 minutes.

Please Complete all initial steps of tablet setup, by turning on the tablet, and connecting to wifi before contacting tech support. You will need the tablet setup & connected to the internet before tech support will be able to assist you with your Point of Sale.

Step 2: INSTALL PRINTER SOFTWARE. **DO NOT PLUG PRINTER UNTIL PROMPTED BY SOFTWARE

Open Web Browser and www.shamanpos.com and you will see “Downloads” in the bottom right hand corner. Click this. On the Downloads page, click “Printer” and download the printer drivers. After the download is finished, click the folder icon and click “downloads” on the left menu. Select printer and then click Extract. After extracting the zip file, navigate to the folder where it’s extracted and run file TMInstallNavi.

Step 3: SCHEDULE TRAINING WITH TECH SUPPORT
